The Obion County Museum will permanently close May 18 in order to pack and move artifacts into Discovery Park of America. Nostalgic tours will be available until the closing date. Admission will be $2 per adult and $1 per student and group pricing is available. Visitors can see the woolly mammoth, dinosaurs, dentist room, ice cream shop and a large military exhibit. Visitors are invited to get copies of the coloring book and see who can find the artifacts first, a spokesman said. Tours will be given 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays or by appointment. The community room will remain available.
