WINNING WORDS — Students at South Fulton Elementary School were recently honored for their efforts in the school’s monthly Awesome Writers competition. In December, they wrote about waking up on a snowy day with a brand new red sled waiting for them and they described how they would spend their day. Winners for December from third, fourth and fifth grades included (from left, front row) Nic Johnson, Karmen Winters, Amber Owensby, (back row) Garrett Berry, Moranda Johns, Libby Beeler and Emilee Goodman.
