Victor Guerrero and Alex Terrell scored first-half goals to give the Rebels a 2-0 lead at the intermission.
Eric Torres found the net five minutes into the second half for OC to provide the final margin.
Torres and David Reyna had assists for the victors, who now stand at 6-2-1.
Stellar defensive play by Obion Central kept goal Samuel Smith from being challenged even once, according to head coach Daniel Johnston.
South Fulton fell to 2-6-1 with the shutout loss, its second straight.
Both teams will be back in action today, Central hosting Trenton and SF on the road at McKenzie.
