The following items of church news were received too late to be included on Thursday’s Religion Page.
Allen Posey of Woodland Mills will be speaking Sunday morning at First Apostolic Church, located at 2113 West Main St. in Union City. His sister, Kimberly Posey of Martin, will also be singing.
Morning worship begins at 10. Everyone is invited to come and worship, a spokesman said.

Manna Ministries, located at 4001 Ken-Tenn Highway near Union City, will welcome evangelist George McGregor from the Nashville area to the 10:30 a.m. service Sunday.
The Rev. Ruth Green and the congregation invite the community to attend.

St. James Episcopal Church will welcome those who want to worship to the Ash Wednesday service, with the disposition of ashes and Holy Eucharist, at 5:30 p.m. The church is located at 422 East Church St.
