Jacky Daugherty

Jacky Dell Daugherty, 62, of Union City died Aug. 19, 2012, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Union City First United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Stan Waldon officiating, assisted by the Rev. David Russell. Burial will follow in Clinton (Ky.) City Cemetery.
The family will receive fiends at the church 5-8 p.m. Tuesday.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Chris Baker, Rob Baker, Joseph Daugherty, Danny Bryan, David Johnson and Allen Barclay.
The family requests that memorials be made to Union City First United Methodist Church.
He was born July 2, 1950, in Hickman County, Ky., son of Virginia (Ford) Daugherty of Clinton and the the late Robert John Daugherty.
He  married the former Sherry Bryan May 1, 1977. She survives. He had worked in the asphalt division of Ford Construction Co. in Union City as a supervisor for more than 25 years and was a member of Union City First United Methodist Church.
He is also survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Christy Bugg of Union City; two granddaughters, Alex Bugg and Sheridan Bugg, both of Union City; two sisters, Brenda Taylor of Benton, Ky., and Jenny Baker of Union City; two brothers, Robert “Buzz” Daugherty of Clinton and Joey “Jay” Daugherty, both of Clinton; and several nieces and nephews.
