On Oct. 25, William Michael Blackard, 41 of Gleason was charged with failure to appear.
On Oct. 27, William Deaton Blackwell, 24 of Martin was charged with public intoxication.
On Oct. 25, Marvin Glenn Borden, 52 of Martin was charged with possession of Schedule VI with intent.
