WRITE ON — Fifth-graders at Union City Elementary School recently celebrated the completion of the 5th Grade Writing Assessment by parading through the halls of the school as younger students lauded their efforts with encouragement and applause. With music and cheers adding to the festivities, Andrelle Burrus’s third-graders tossed confetti while Patsy Dickerson’s fifth-graders passed by.
