BREAKING NEWS: OC schools to dismiss early

The Obion County School System has announced county schools will dismiss today (Tuesday) at 2 p.m. due to the threat of wintry weather this afternoon.
In addition, the Hornbeak mayor and board of aldermen meeting scheduled for 6 tonight has been postponed.
