The following cases were disposed of Jan. 21-25 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Jimmy Smith, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were recorded in the dockets in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.
The cases listed exclude routine traffic violations, civil cases and cases that are dismissed, unless dismissal is contingent upon costs being paid or other conditions. All others are published, including judicial diversions and deferred cases, without exception.
• Ricky D. Smith — Schedule II drugs/manufacture, delivery, sale, possession, guilty of a lesser charge of simple possession/casual exchange.
• Maygro M. Corbon — rape of a child and evading arrest, bound over to the grand jury.
• David K. Olhausen — Schedule II drugs/meth, promoting methamphetamine manufacture and Schedule II drugs/meth, bound over to the grand jury.
• Nicholas C. Baggett — driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Lesli M. Crowder — driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Stephen M. Farley — driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Takylee Antwinne Matthews — driving while license suspended, deferred.
• James P. Pendergast — driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Brittany J. Bruggeman — theft (up to $500), guilty as charged.
• Lonnie C. Garland Jr. — simple possession/casual exchange, guilty as charged.
• John M. Junior — theft (up to $500), guilty as charged.
• Ezell R. Miller — driving while license suspended, guilty as charged.
• Roderick T. Polk — theft of merchandise/shoplifting, guilty as charged.
• Ricky D. Smith — criminal impersonation, guilty as charged.
• James M. Williams — simple possession/casual exchange, guilty as charged.
• Kathy M. Bone — promoting methamphetamine manufacture and two counts of Schedule II drugs/meth, waived to the grand jury.
• Michael W. Walker — theft (up to $500) and two counts of theft of property ($500-$1,000), waived to the grand jury.
• Shakirah D. Bishop — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Harold D. Blakley — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Caleb J. Skaggs — following too closely, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
