The board of directors of Northwest Tennessee Economic Development Council will meet Feb. 22 at 10:30 a.m. at the Northwest Tennessee Head Start/Early Head Start Central Office at 938C Walnut Ave. West in McKenzie.
The meeting is open to the public.
