Completed arrangements are being announced for Patricia Ann “Pat” Johnson, 64, of Union City, who died 7:20 p.m. Feb. 7, 2013, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.
Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Union City. Father Robert Ponticello will officiate.
The family will receive friends at the church 5-8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until the hour of services Tuesday.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Chambers, Jimmy Reynolds, Larry Boroff, Billy Lynch, James Luker and Shane Hutchens.
The family requests that memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association or American Kidney Association.
Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Johnson was born May 15, 1948, in Mercer County, Ohio, daughter of the late Clarence and Bernedette (Grieshop) Lengerich. She married Terry Johnson Aug. 2, 1969. He survives. Mrs. Johnson was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and had served as a volunteer at Helping Hand Ministry.
She is also survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Julie and Daniel Chambers of Union City; two sons and her daughter-in-law, Brian and Amy Johnson of Union City and Aaron Johnson of Colorado; her granddaughter, Brianna Johnson of Union City; two sisters and her brother-in-law, Betty (Lengerich) and Jimmy Reynolds and Genita Abbott, all of Ohio; and her brother, Paul Lengerich of Ohio.
She was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Katelyn Johnson; and her brother, Joseph Lengerich.
