Beulah Land Cowboy Church

Posted: Thursday, February 21, 2013 6:00 pm

Bro. Don Cooper and wife, Connie, from Lexington, were with us Sunday. He brought the message from 1 Corinthians 16 and Acts 16 titled,  "What Defines You?" Your character is much more important to God than what you do for a living. As Christians, we need to look for open doors of opportunity to tell people about Jesus.

Announcements and prayer requests were made.

Gary Hutchins and Mary Dew led the music service. Connie Cooper, Bro. Roger, Cindy McPeak and Josie McPeak provided our specials.

That night, Bro. Brian Duncan brought the message from John 14. There are many things in this life that are unpredictable, but Jesus is the truth. Heaven is real and Jesus is the way, the only way.

Our Valentines dinner Friday night at the church was a success. Quint and Amanda Spraggs donated their time in preparing the delicious food for us. All proceeds went to A Bridge of Hope, an organization that helps human trafficking victims.

Our youth will be attending the Youth Evangelism Conference in Nashville in March.
