Board to meet

The board of directors and officers of the University of Tennessee Foundation will meet Wednesday in Chattanooga. The meeting will begin at 1 p.m. in the Lookout Mountain Room in the University Center at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Agenda items include the foundation president’s report; AGB foundation forum report; committee reports; amendment to the affiliation and services agreement; officer election; ratification of LLC appointments; and delegation of authority to dispose of agricultural commodities.
