‘SCOPE’ING IT OUT — Four local high school juniors who will attend the upcoming Student Congress on Policies in Education (SCOPE) were recognized by the Obion County School Board during its session Monday night at South Fulton Elementary School. They include (from left) Will Miller of Obion County Central High School; Anna Seratt and Brandt Sisson, both of South Fulton High School; and Glennese Patterson of OCCHS. The students were on hand to observe the monthly school board meeting.
