 To The Editor: It took a while before two street lights were erected on the west side of Everett Boulevard leading to Graham Street. At night, it is not easy to find during these winter months. Now, the lights are gone. Why? With early darkness, now is when they are needed. That is the only exit on Everett Boulevard that does not have turn-off lanes. There is one on the northbound leading to an empty barn to the left. At times, there are as many as 600 people congregating there at the same time.
