The Messenger. 01.16.09 Union City’s city council will meet Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building courtroom. Items on the agenda include consideration of a resolution pertaining to refunding bonds associated with an outstanding loan agreement of the city. Public meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays of each month. The meetings are open to the public.
