The Messenger. 01.30.09 Obion mayor and councilmen will meet Monday at 7 p.m. at City Hall. The meeting will be open to the public. The Beer Board will have a meeting at 6:45 that evening to approve an application for a beer permit. That meeting is also open to the public.
