At the college level

Several students from Obion County have been honored for their scholastic achievements during the fall semester at Dyersburg State Community College. Among those named to the Dean’s List, listed by hometown, were: • Kenton — Jenna Mula; • Obion — Aja Sanford and Mary Hepler; • Union City — Tonya Pugh, Randi Walker, Amber Craddock and Courtney Ams. To be included on the Dean’s List at DSCC, a student must complete at least 12 semester hours of college-level courses during the semester and earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for the semester. Among those named to the honor roll were: • Hornbeak — Amber Hall; • Rives — Chelsea Ursery; • Troy — Ronne Throckmorton, Kendra Nash, Aubri Johnson and Katelyn Black. To be included on DSCC’s honor roll, a student must complete at least 12 semester hours of college-level courses during the semester and earn a grade point average between 3.0-3.49 during the semester.
