The Messenger. 02.18.09 Masquerade Theatre cast members will perform excerpts from “The Wizard of Oz” at the Obion County Public Library at 1221 East Reelfoot Ave. in Union City Feb. 26 at 6 p.m. The performance will be at the rear gallery of the library near the main fireplace.
