Members of the Union City Afterschool 4-H Club will be giving club speeches Thursday beginning at 4 p.m. at the Obion County Public Library meeting room.
The top speakers from each grade from the fourth grade and older will be invited to the county public speaking contest, which will be held at Ridgemont Elementary on Dec. 8.
Christmas decorations will also be judged on Thursday.
