Dr. Karen Bowyer, president of Dyersburg State Community College is pleased to announce that 191 students have completed degrees or technical certificatess at the end of Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 semesters. Receiving degrees from Weakley County are Peggy Gene Pettit of Dresden, Amy Dluzniewski of Dukedom, Debra Ann Castleman of Gleason, Kayla Gail Allen of Greenfield, Beau Barrett Baker, Dara L. Hagler, and Sharon Ann Stringer of Martin, and Lisa D. Langley of Sharon.
Dr. Mary Ann Sellars, Vice  President for DSCC, rcognizes students for their scholastic achievements each semester. Students from Weakley County, who were included on the Dean’s List for the 2010 Spring semester were Billy Reeves of Gleason, Melissa Hurst of Greenfield and Jacqueline Guzman and Stephanie Hall of Martin. wcp 6-1-10
