The Messenger 2.7.11TRAFFIC ALERT: The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has received a report that Fulton County, Ky., authorities are diverting traffic off of U.S. 51 just north of Fulton. There apparently have been several slide-offs just north of the Purchase Parkway along U.S. 51 near the Fulton-Hickman county line.
