GRADUATES FROM UT MARTIN — University of Tennessee at Martin graduate Teresa Tibbs of South Fulton was recently congratulated by her sons, Jeremy Tibbs (left) and Michael Tibbs, following fall commencement. Ms. Tibbs received a bachelor of science in business administration degree. She is employed by the UT Martin Office of Student Housing. Chancellor Dr. Tom Rakes addressed the graduates, presided over the commencement exercises and conferred degrees.
