The Messenger 08.24.11 Matthew Keathley, son of Bryan and Angela Keathley of Union City, has been awarded a scholarship for the 2011-12 academic year to attend the University of Tennessee at Martin. Keathley, who will be a freshman, received the UT Alumni Association Valedictorian Scholarship.
