Stigall receives degree | Blake Stigall, University of Tennessee at Martin

LOCAL STUDENT GRADUATES FROM UT MARTIN – Mike and Donna Stigall of Martin joined son Blake following UT Martin commencement Saturday in Kathleen and Tom Elam Center. Blake received a bachelor’s degree in health and human performance.
