The board of directors of Northwest Tennessee Economic Development Council will meet 9 a.m. Friday at the University Center Ballroom on the campus of the University of Tennessee at Martin.
This will be a joint session with the Policy Council, relative to Head Start issues.
The meeting is open to the public.
