Retired teachers present scholarship | Obion County-Union City Retired Teachers Association

PRESENTED SCHOLARSHIP — Ashley Brooks (center, front), a recent graduate of South Fulton High School, was recently presented a scholarship from the Obion County-Union City Retired Teachers Association. Miss Brooks is the daughter of Kevin and Melissa Brooks (back) of South Fulton. She plans to attend the University of Tennessee at Martin to major in education. Retired teachers on hand for the presentation were Alice Fennel (left, front) and Doris Milner.
