The following is a list of felony cases that will be heard by 27th Judicial District Circuit Court Judge William Acree today (Thursday) in Weakley County Circuit Court.
• Sean Nabors Mann – Theft of property ($1,000-$10,000); theft (up to $500); promoting methamphetamine manufacture. Attorney – Joe Atnip. Type of hearing – Hearing
• Elizabeth Craig – Obtain drugs by fraud; probation violation. Attorney – Joe Atnip
• Steven Sirer Carter – Schedule II drugs (cocaine/meth); Schedule VI drugs (1/2 ounce-10 pounds, marijuana/hash); possession of firearm with intent to go armed-dangerous felony; possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities. Attorney – Joe Atnip. Type of Hearing – Hearing.
