The University of Tennessee at Martin Faculty Women’s Club will have its Women’s History Month luncheon from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. March 3 in Room 206 of Boling University Center on campus.
A panel of speakers — Dr. Nell Gullett, Bettye Giles, Gina McClure and Dimphy Sasse — will discuss “The Changing World for Women in Collegiate Athletics.” The event is open to the public.
Tickets for the luncheon are $10 each and may be purchased before the Feb. 25 deadline at the Information Desk at the University Center; at Vickie’s Designer Touch in Martin; or from board members Mary Beard (587-5547), Annie Schommer (588-0794), Catherine Carithers (587-6689), Lynn Patterson (587-0714), Carla Field (587-3522), Penny Moser (588-5766) or Mary Prather (588-1131).
Reservations for free childcare may be made by calling Ms. Schommer by Feb. 28.
