Col. Jim Harding will be the host and will serve homemade chili and sandwiches at the Obion County GOP Red Apron Dinner at 6 p.m. Monday. The event will be at GOP headquarters at 225 South First St. in Union City.
Donations for the meal will benefit the headquarters fund.
Col. Harding is one of the most decorated military veterans in the history of this nation. The dinner offers an opportunity to meet this outstanding hero and patriot, a spokesman said.
The dinner is open to all who are interested.
