The board of directors and officers of the University of Tennessee Foundation will meet Oct. 18 in Knoxville.
The meeting will begin at 1 p.m. EDT in room 413C of the UT Conference Center, 600 Henley St.
Agenda items include recognition of the board of directors award winners;  UT system president’s report; ad hoc committee update; committee reports; standing committee appointment; UTHSC Foundation directors; election of the treasurer, assistant treasurer and assistant secretary; amended real estate acceptance policy; UTFI Real Estate LLC; and changes to policy manual.
