Allison Cheryl Harwell of Jackson was recently one of 390 students named to the President’s List for the fall semester at Union University in Jackson. She is the daughter of Mike and Cheryl Cary of Union City and is a 2010 graduate of Obion County Central High School. The President’s List at Union includes full-time students who achieve a 4.0 grade point average on a four-point scale.
